Under normal circumstances, orders can be completed within 2-5 hours, but it depends on how many Views or Likes ordered.

IF A FEW DAYS HAVE PASSED SINCE THE PLACEMENT OF MY ORDER AND I AM NOT RECEIVING ANY VIEWS OR LIKES YET, WHAT CAN I DO?

Go to your account and verify that the settings are not on private. If your account is set to private it will not receive followers. Once you have changed it contact us via email, and if your account is not set to private and you are still not receiving followers be sure to contact us so we can remedy the situation as soon as possible.

IN ORDER TO RECEIVE VIEWS OR LIKES, DO I HAVE TO LIKE OTHERS IN RETURN?

No! Liking others is not required to have views or likes.

I HAVE A SPECIFIC REQUEST FOR MY ORDER, CAN YOU DO CUSTOM ORDERS?

Yes, we can! For large or custom orders, feel free to contact our support team for assistance. We will do our best to work with you on whatever specific services you require.

WHICH PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept credit card, debit card and mobile money payments powered by InterPay Africa. We also accept PayPal which can be paid with any credit card, debit, or PayPal account. We are a verified PayPal business. If you are unable to pay with a credit or debit card please contact us for a custom payment arrangement. We do accept bank transfer for larger orders if that is your only option.

DO YOU PROVIDE SUPPORT THROUGHOUT THE WORK PROCESS?

Yes, we do. Each client we work with will be assigned a consultant to answer any questions you may have. We take each and every one of your orders seriously. We will answer any of your emails within 2 hours or earlier. ALWAYS!
